Cordera is a master planned community in Northeast Colorado Springs. Designed to fulfill all the needs of residents, Cordera homes are dotted with parks, extensive landscaping, trails, and a modern Community Center. Cordera is located east of Powers, south of Old Ranch Road, west of Black Forest Road, and north of the Wolf Ranch Neighborhood. Wolf Ranch is located east of Powers, south of the Cordera neighborhood, west of Black Forest Road, and north of Woodmen and Cowpoke Road (Cumbre Vista).

There are frequent community events, activities, and concerts, along with nearby schools and shopping. With exceptional views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range, Wolf Ranch homes are highly sought after. About 30 homes sell each month, with an average sales price of just under $430k and about 2-3 months on the market. This includes a mix of both existing and new home sales.
