Mariana Wagner

A transplant to Colorado in 1994, Mariana has spent the majority of her career as a full-time Realtor® in the Pikes Peak region (since 2001), helping lead the day-to-day operations of the Artisan Group, as well as teaching ethics and fair housing for the local real estate board. She is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with Envoy Mortgage, bringing a well-rounded perspective to both the home buying and financing process. In addition to real estate and mortgage, Mariana is the co-founder of the ShamRockk Foundation, a non-profit created in honor of their youngest son to support young men in ballet. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Derek, their two adult children, and their dogs. Together they enjoy music, food, travel, and the outdoors. Mariana is an avid reader with interests ranging from sci-fi and mysteries to science, law, and English literature, and she especially enjoys hiking and traveling.
